3. Agency fee – single payment made to the Agency. Fee shall be paid according to the information from Just Home.

4. Security deposit - One-time payment for the owner as a security of the lease contract. The deposit is usually the amount of one month rent or one month rent + advanced payment for bills. You have to pay the deposit to book the flat/room. After the lease contract is over, we make the calculation of the deposit and it will be returned to you on your account.

Room 4 is available from end of February 2022 (exact date to be confirmed) until end of June of 2022.
